 Of Filipino and Hispanic heritage and born in Hawaii, Ms. Frey’s authority is a rare synthesis of academic rigor and "boots on the ground" experience. Her background in Law Enforcement provides a pragmatic foundation in psychology and command, while her evolution in the lifestyle is rooted in deep tradition.

Formally trained in Old Guard protocols in El Paso, Texas, she completed a rigorous apprenticeship in submission guided by a Master with a focus on Romantic Domination. She further refined her craft through continued study and mentorship under the legendary Mistress Damiana Chi, deepening her mastery of power and discipline.

A dedicated advocate for ongoing education, Ms. Frey views her work as a lifelong study.

Ms. Frey is a certified Clinician and Pro Facilitator in TBCN.

TBCN introduces tetra-logical collaboration as a structured clinical intervention for individuals navigating a range of psychological and emotional challenges. The process brings together the therapist, the client, and a vetted kink professional in intentional collaboration to design and negotiate a scene.

Within that carefully constructed container, the client engages their relationship to pain, power, memory, and agency in real time. The goal is not reenactment. It is structured processing. Through negotiated roles and embodied experience, clients are supported in exploring, reframing, and rescripting how they relate to their pain.
